Privacy and your data

Updated September 30, 2026

asRobo helps you capture, review and prepare products. This page explains which data stays in your browser and which data is used by connected services.

Local product drafts

The extension keeps source snapshots, titles, descriptions, prices, selected options, images, merchant edits, preferences and operation history in browser storage. Manual web drafts use this website’s browser storage. These are separate local workspaces. Signing out keeps drafts in the browser. You can delete drafts from the queue; uninstalling the extension or clearing browser data can remove them.

Account and billing

Google sign-in supplies account identity, including your email and name. The server stores account associations and entitlement records. Stripe manages billing. asRobo does not receive your full payment-card details. Account access checks are authenticated and linked to your account rather than a caller-supplied email.

Diagnostics and operational records

The extension prepares a redacted diagnostic report for you to review and download. It does not automatically send product descriptions, source URLs or account details to support. Server billing events support access checks and recovery.

Retention and deletion

Local drafts remain until you delete them or clear their browser storage. Billing providers may retain transaction records under their own policies and legal obligations. You can delete your asRobo account from the account page after resolving active billing and pending checkout. Deletion removes account links, saved billing associations. A keyed, opaque identity digest and deletion time remain to reject old sessions; a fresh Google sign-in creates a new account. Account deletion does not cancel external billing. Contact the support address in your billing receipt for correction requests.

Your source content

Capture and import only content you own or have permission to use. Source websites and destination platforms have their own privacy policies, terms and access restrictions. You decide what to import and where to send it.
